Spartan Chronicles: Last Chance Workout

Spartan Sprint Ottawa is on Sunday. 2 days. Today I am going to do one last workout to prepare. I realize I should be tapering off the workouts but I want to do one more…

Here it is:

2 minute warm-up run

Interval:
2 min. run 70%
1 min. moving pushups
2 min. run 70%
1 min. squat & ball throw
2 min. run 70%
1 min. burpees
2 min. run 70%
1 min recovery
Repeat 3 x

2 minutes cooldown

Total time: 40 minutes

70% run means you are running at a fast pace. 70% of your full out sprint (which would be 100% your maximal effort).

Last chance to see what you’ve got before the big race.

Do it. Own it. Love it.
