The city is filled with stuff to play on. Although benches are made for sitting and picnic tables are made for eating we will be using them to train.
You think those are crosswalk signals? No, they are burpee timers.
This bootcamp will be combining joint mobility, running and body weight training. And YES, you need to wear clothes, but no “extra” equipment will be needed.
All that is required from you is a good pair of runners and a good attitude.
No worries to you “non-runners” out there. If you can slow jog or walk briskly for 10 minutes without complaining you are in!

Two sessions will be running on Wednesdays starting May 21st, 2014:
Time: Morning 10-11am or Evenings 6:30-7:30pm
Duration: 6 weeks
Cost: 60$/6 weeks or 20$ drop in
Place: Meet at the Mammoths (Nature Museum) corner of McLeod and O’Connor
